2023 Lake Thompson Multiple Day Rate Discount
Since Lake Thompson is now in my backyard once again , thought I’d do something different and offer a $25 per day discount on all multiple day bookings., for example a 2 day booking would receive a $50.00 discount.

LAKE SHARPE
During the months of April-June, Lake Sharpe has always been a favorite playground of mine during the pre and post spawn bite on the Missouri River. I highly encourage early bookings as May and June are always the first to fill out. Large groups are welcome.

LAKE OAHE
Lake Oahe can be a special place to fish during the months of June and July. Currently only accepting multiple day bookings on Lake Oahe, but I do have a referral for one day bookings.
If we limit out before noon, we'll go back into a bay and go for cats and pike.

LODGING
Lodging arrangements can be made at Wheatlands Inn, Onida SD or Fort Pierre Motel, Ft. Pierre SD.
Your Day of Fishing
Your day of fishing starts around 7:30-8 AM and ends about 4 pm. Should we limit on one species before 4 pm, we will search for others.
What's Included?
The rate includes gas in the boat, bait, rods, reels and tackle, and the cleaning and packaging of your catch. Not included: Fishing license, liquids, meals or gratuity.
What should I bring?
- Sunglasses, sunscreen and hat

- Layers - it may be cool in the morning and get hot later in the day

- Cooler to transport your fish
- Fishing license
Fishing License
Purchase your SD fishing license from The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks department, which allows you to purchase your fishing license online. Click here to go to the SDGFP website.
Gratuity
Gratuities are welcomed but not expected. In the service industry, I tip others as I would want to be tipped if I provided a great, memorable day.
