5-29-17 Lake Sharpe, day 2. Happy Memorial Day! Well, in 30 mph winds we still get 'er done. This time we made passes along a point, as winds were hard to manage the island we were fishing yesterday. Plain hook and crawler in 10-12 ft water. I won't say who, but somebody miscounted and we came in one short. ?. Thank you Dad and Kenny G for helping me break in the new boat. Had a great time! 15- 18 inchers.
5-28-17 LAKE SHARPE - My pappy (Greg Adams) and good friend Kenny G, accompanied me on my 1st day on the water with my new rig. I believe I have the electronics dialed in. Alumacraft has made great strides. The Trophy, is a GREAT boat! I LOVE IT! These 15-16 plus inchers came on plain hooks and spinners in 10-12 ft water working a submerged island in 25 mph plus winds. I passed on many calls guiding this Spring as I had to wait from mid March to last Friday for my new rig. Still have availability in June and July. I also offer a Spring and Fall Special day rate of $325 for up to 3 anglers. $375 for 4 anglers. This special is for the months of April, May,Sept, and Oct. If weather plays out with no rain, my wife and I plan on fishing Oahe next Friday and Saturday. Will be scouting from Sutton's bay up to the 212 bridge. Will post any findings.
